Reletter the following subsections accordingly. Representative Rauscher moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection Amendment No. 1 was adopted, and the new title follows: HOUSE BILL NO. 22 am "An Act relating to shared animal ownership; and relating to the sharing of raw milk and raw milk products." Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Kurka: Page 1, lines 9 - 10: Delete "with other owners of the animal" Insert "as authorized under this section" Page 1, line 13, following "animal": Insert "or with a family member or friend of the part owner" Page 1, line 14, following "owner": Insert ", family member, or friend" 2021-05-06 House Journal Page 0900 Page 2, line 5, following the second occurrence of "owner": Insert "or from one owner to a family member or friend of that owner" Representative Kurka moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Rauscher objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, following line 13: Insert a new paragraph to read: "(3)"share" in this section refers to ownership interest and not consumption." Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 22 am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 22 am was read the third time. Representative McCabe moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and he was required to vote. The question being: "Shall HB 22 am pass the House?"
